Gerber not only won high roller of last week, but he also won the $500 cash prize from our annual Office Palooza! We had so much fun with so many of our sister branches coming into the office last week.

How do you take that extra step to be a leader in our office?

I am always prepared. I’m the first one here and the last one to leave. I never leave the office because our time is done, I only leave when the job is finished.

How to you motivate your team members?

It’s not about motivation; it’s more about having them understand that they need to have a higher caliber of thinking. I always try to show them the bigger picture.
